The annual top fifty hospitality ‘power list’ for 2024 has been unveiled at the opening of the annual Northern Restaurant and Bar (NRB) trade show in Manchester. This year saw a number of Greater Manchester food and drink venues join the prestigious list.

Returning for its eleventh year, The Kuits NRB Top Fifty Hospitality Power List 2024 recognises the top performing and most influential hospitality operators from across the north who have excelled both commercially and critically over the past twelve months. The names are revealed at a time when northern hospitality has demonstrated growth and resilience over the past year, averaging 7.2% sales growth, according to research conducted by Northern Restaurant & Bar in partnership with CGA by NielsenIQ.

Several Greater Manchester hospitality operators have joined the Top 50 this year, including the Schofield Brothers, the siblings behind hit bar Schofield’s, which was recently named the best cocktail bar in the UK. Plus, popular Salford-born brewery Seven Bro7hers also joined the hospitality ‘power list’ this year.

The venues join an esteemed list of Manchester bars, eateries and operators including Higher Ground, Mission Mars, Tokyo Industries, Elite Bistros and San Carlo Group. Also included in the Kuits NRB Top Fifty Power List for 2024, and local to the area, are NQ64, A Very Inc, Bundobust, Common, Madre, Mowgli Street Food, Revolution Bars, The Alchemist, Archies and The Liars Club Group.
