Hatch just got a whole lot tastier.
Like we weren’t already completely spoiled by Hatch’s fantastic array of food vendors, the much-loved shipping container complex has attracted yet another of the city’s street food talents – this time, Swinton’s award-winning That Burger Place.
Fast-growing up and comers on the burger scene, the family-run business has become renowned for its juicy, New York-inspired burgers, served with signature sauces and using the family’s secret home recipes to create their tasty grub.
The burger aficionados have gone all out with their menu, creating some seriously mouthwatering creations such as the Kevin Bacon Fries, the Homer Doughnut Burger (which will be an exclusive Hatch Saturday special), and the drool-worthy Mac Daddy which is piled high with three-cheese macaroni and Big Bob’s sauce.
The Hatch opening will mark That Burger Place’s third IRL venue in just four years, with no signs of slowing down just yet.
Also new to Hatch this July will be the beloved Maker’s Market – which can usually be found in the Northern Quarter, Great Northern Square and MediaCityUK on a monthly basis. The market will mark the second in the second series of Hatch’s popular new outdoor monthly market, bringing a bigger range of independent traders under the Mancunian Way. Taking place Sunday 11th July, guests can expect everything from handmade jewellery to beautiful home furnishings, with tons of local, artisan traders taking part.
