Becoming both a local and internet sensation after just five years in business, Finch Bakery has its eyes set on expansion – and the next stop is: Manchester.
Opening in the city as a six-month pop-up at Harvey Nichols, the cult-favourite bakery will be serving up tons of sweet treats – and judging by their current offering, it’s set to go down an absolute storm with the sweet-toothed Mancs among us. Known for their delectable layered cake jars, school-style sprinkle cake and stuffed cookies, Finch Bakery is an absolute haven for dessert lovers, and will be ideally located on the ground floor of Harvey Nichols from next month.
Announcing the news on social media just today, Finch Bakery said: “We are buzzing to announce that we are opening a pop-up concession for 6 months at @harveynichols in Manchester from 7th February. Our dream return to Manchester (we used to bake in my uni flat circa 2012 😂)
“can’t wait to see our name in pink vinyl across a window in the city centre! The devil works hard but the FB team work harder (we have a stunning family of staff and real life family helping us to facilitate this and we would be no where without you! Thank you!) GO ON THEN… who’s coming to visit”
Finch Bakery will open its pop-up concession on Monday 7th February, and you’ll be able to find them at Harvey Nichols, 21 New Cathedral St, M1 1AD.
Finch Bakery’s flagship bakery can be found in Great Harwood, just North of Manchester, at 36 Queen St, Great Harwood, Blackburn, BB6 7QQ.
