The Trafford Centre’s Palazzo in Manchester will see the opening of the prettiest pink emporium, London café EL&N – which stands for ‘Eat, Live and Nourish’ – hopefully in time for Easter. The café opened in 2017 in London’s high end Mayfair, providing the highest quality experience centred around living a stylish life in a stunning setting and encouraging a positive ethos to nourish the soul.
The highly Instagrammable space generally consists of pink everything, huge expanses of floral design all over, and even pink food and drink. Trafford Palazzo owners Peel L&P have announced that the international brand will occupy a 200sqm site within the grand Italian mall space, a much-loved area of the shopping centre, also housing the likes of Archie’s and NERF Action Experience.
We love a pink paradise here in Manchester, in fact we have loads already, but EL&N adds to the list with a landmark first store in the North of England. Instagram frequenters will no doubt have a field day, and for those not so online, it will be a gorgeous addition to the space.
Alexandra Miller, Founder of EL&N said: “We are thrilled to announce our very first opening in Manchester at Trafford Palazzo. This location in particular is iconic, and we can’t wait to bring our unique offering to the diners of Manchester.
“The store design ties in all the classic EL&N interior elements along with some fresh new Instagram moments that we’ve never done before, Manchester, you’re in for a real treat!”
Mark Whittaker, Executive Director – Property Investment & Management at Peel L&P said: “This is an extremely exciting announcement and will elevate the offering even further at Trafford Palazzo. EL&N is exactly the type of operator we are looking to attract, a forward thinking, unique brand that will complement the centre and add to the experience we are fostering within the space.”
