Ducie Street Warehouse Has Transformed Into A Christmas Paradise With Gospel Choirs & Festive Markets

The weather outside might be pretty frightful (as is ever the case with Manchester), but that’s just all the more of an excuse to retreat to one of the city’s many festively decorated bars and restaurants this Christmastime.

Joining the fleet of now-twinkling venues across the city, Ducie Street Warehouse has unveiled its new look just in time for the festive period, complete with decadent Christmas trees, subtle decorations, and beautiful wreaths dotted around the venue.

Launching a wonderful entertainment schedule to accompany their new look, guests will be able to escape to the warming space for food, drink and entertainment, with plenty of free events to enjoy as December 25th draws near.

Starting from November 26th and running for four whole weeks – right up until Christmas Eve – guests will be able to enjoy gospel choir performances, learn how to make their own wreaths, sharpen up their culinary skills with chef Andrew Green, and even enjoy a festive flick or two at the Warehouse’s very own dog-friendly cinema.

There’ll be plenty of fun for the pooches to get involved in, too, with Ducie Street Warehouse even hosting a special dog treat workshop with Lola’s Bakery – who’ll be showing dog owners how to make delicious treats for their four-legged friends at home this Christmas.

Finally, DSW fans can also expect a lovely festive pop-up market taking place on December 4th, alongside the return of NQ Grotto – where guests will get to experience a theatrical experience and meet Santa – with a fun, Airdrop gift giveaway taking place on 16th December for anyone who walks through the venue’s doors to enjoy.

For those looking to experience Christmas via their tastebuds, head chef Andrew Green has cooked up an absolute storm for the festive season, with dishes such as Turkey Parmigiana, pigs in blankets, baked salmon, and plenty of delicious puds to try out, too.
