Many may think of the classic car boot sale as a thing of the past, purely nostalgia for a simpler time when the masses would pitch up on a car park and flog their belongings – from antiques to iconic records – for next to nothing. Well, gone may be the days off grabbing a fully working hi-fi unit for 99p, but car boot sales are definitely still alive and kicking in the Manchester area, and it may just be the answer to our lack of Sunday (or other day) morning plans. Here’s our guide to the best car boot sales in and around Manchester where you can grab a bargain – or even pull up with your own boot full of items.
