Have you always wanted to try a fitness class but never had the time or money? Well, luckily this month BLOK Manchester, a class-based boutique studio in the heart of the Northern Quarter is celebrating its third birthday, to mark the occasion they are hosting a weekend of free classes at their studio.

Launched in 2019, the BLOK Manchester studio merges fitness and design in an industrial chic warehouse. The site includes three multidisciplinary studios that offer a wide range of fitness classes, from strength to boxing, barre to pilates, yoga and many more.
From the 17th – 18th September, BLOK will be opening up its Ducie Street studio for a free weekend of classes, welcoming new members and long-standing members alike, as well as total beginners and fitness class regulars.
All classes at BLOK Manchester on that Saturday and Sunday will be free to join, and will include BLOKstrength (a classic strength and conditioning class, using free-weights and body weight,) BLOKfit (a functional circuits class, focused on speed, strength and flexibility), Dynamic Vinyasa and Pilates, plus many more. Sessions on both of the days across the weekend will be free for anyone to attend. All you have to do if you aren’t a member is sign up to BLOK here, add a single class to your basket and use the code MCRFREE in the promo box at checkout. Once confirmed members can book into any class that weekend!
