Step away from the kitchen…
Albert’s Schloss is back – at least, for the weekend. Following the much-loved bar and restaurant’s pop-up shop last weekend, where fans could drop by and pick up fresh baked goods and beers, Schloss will be firing up their kitchen again so locals can enjoy their tasty Sunday roasts from their homes.
Featuring a giant Yorkshire pudding with succulent meats, savoy cabbage, soft yet crispy roasties and proper gravy, the ‘Haus Roasts’ are an absolute hit with Mancs, regularly booking out for the restaurant’s atmospherical Sunday Service. And for this weekend only, Schloss will be offering up the delicious plates for collection from their Peter Street residence.
Collection will be available on both Saturday and Sunday, with all roasts priced at £14 per roast. Customers will be able to choose from the restaurant’s usual variety, including beef, chicken, porchetta and beet & pumpkin wellington – with popular side options such as cauliflower cheese, pigs in blankets and extra gravy also available.
In addition to the special roast packages, customers will also be able to take advantage of Schloss’ ‘Royal Weekender’ package, which includes 1 litre of Manchester Rein, 1 litre of Paulaner, two espresso martinis, 100ml of Cherry Schnapps, two pretzels, one sourdough loaf and two Morning Buns – all for just £30.
