Archies will open three new burger bars in Manchester this year.
Cult burgers, shakes and waffles bar, Archie’s, will be opening a burger bar at the Trafford Centre this year.
The new restaurant will take the place of the former La Tasca unit in the centre’s Orient food quarter this spring and will boast a whopping 250 seats.
And the fun doesn’t stop there, the burger bar will also house a ball pit, complete with matching pink banana swings, and signature pink booths to provide comfort alongside good grub. Perfect for capturing those ultra-special, highly Instagram-able photo opportunities we all live for.
The chain, created by four brothers, got its name from their favourite and most loved film License to Drive. In the 1988 film, Archie’s diner was the hangout. The place to be. The brother’s brought that diner to life through their first site on Manchester Oxford road back in 2010 and his year marks its 10th anniversary.
With its loyal following, celebrity collaborations and great food, Archie’s has become one of the most popular burger bars in Manchester.
The Trafford Centre site is one of three Archie’s opening in Manchester this year. The highly-anticipated and long-awaited Piccadilly Approach site will open next month following a two-year delay. While a Manchester Airport restaurant will open in the airport’s new terminal this summer.
The Trafford Centre site is due to open in March or April. Check back here for more information.
