Cheese lovers rejoice!
Gouda news for cheese lovers! The UK’s biggest touring cheese festival will return to Manchester in February for a two-day extravaganza that organisers say will melt festival-goers into a ‘deep love of all things cheese’.
Cheese Fest UK will make its triumphant return to the Bowlers Exhibition Centre following the success of last year’s event and this time organisers are promising even more vendors, which means more cheesy goodness!
Festival-goers can expect a day filled with some of the cheesiest cheeses in the world, with traditional cheeses, melted raclette, cheese wheels, gooey mozzarella sticks and halloumi fries, as well as a whole host of cheesetastic tastes from the UK’s best cheese traders. And if you haven’t heard of raclette, PREPARE YOURSELF.
I’m melting already.
Cheese lovers will also have the opportunity to learn the fine art of cheese and wine (and beer) pairing, while live bands will provide a soundtrack of what I can only assume will be the cheesiest hits.
