Escape to a secret garden this spring.
The May Bank Holiday is looming at last, and it’s been a long, long time since we let our hair down in true Manc style as we soaked up the sun and knocked back a few pints over a four-day weekend.
Reopening just in time for the Bank Holiday weekend, The Botanist Alderley Edge will be bringing secret garden vibes to the occasion, providing a fantastic place to reunite with friends and enjoy the long weekend.
Announcing plans to reopen two weeks ahead of their original plans, fans of the bar and restaurant will be able to get their fix earlier than expected, with not only a small street terrace out front for those who love to relax and people watch, but also a magical, botanical-style beer garden behind the venue.
Decorated in a rustic style with plants at every turn, the beautiful space makes for the perfect spot for a Bank Holiday cocktail (or three!), with a summery cocktail menu on offer, their famous hanging kebabs and cold beers on the menu.
Leane Patching, The Botanist, said “We’re delighted to be able to open a few weeks earlier than originally anticipated. We’re hoping for a warm May Bank Holiday – but we have heaters should the British weather not play its part!”
The venue is set to open outdoors on April 30th, with indoors reopening in line with the government lockdown easing plan on May 17th. Bookings are open now here, however, walk-in tables will also be available.
