We love a brunch here in Manchester, and what’s not to like? Food, drinks, mates… the best! Now elegant Chinese masters Tattu have added a special brunch to their roster, and it’s most definitely a Manchester brunch to try.
Available on the upcoming bank holiday weekends – Sunday 30th April, Sunday 7th May & Sunday 28th May – the ‘Tribe of Tattu Brunch‘ offers a curated and delicate menu to choose from. There are also several drinks packages to choose from to wash it all down, as well as the option to add extras to the main course for a fee.
The decadent £47.50 per person base brunch consists of three stages. Stage one offers the selection of Chicken Truffle Shumai, Tuna Sashimi Blossom and Salt and Pepper Loin Ribs; stage two is Wok Fried Angry Bird, Red Snapper Tom Yum and Steamed Jasmine Rice – this stage comes with optional add-ons of Caramel Soy Aged Beef Fillet 7oz and Shanghai Black Cod.
Dessert comes in the form of the one and only Cherry Blossom, Tattu’s white chocolate, cherry and candyfloss sweet treat that’s garnered much attention. We also think it’s lovely that the dessert harks back to the general theme of Tattu, with its beautiful cherry blossoms and elegant Asian design, whilst retaining its signature flavour of its own accord.
In terms of drinks, the packages range from Free Flow Champagne at £50, to the Signature Package at £28.50, which includes four of their gorgeous signature cocktails, and non-alcoholic options at £20 per person. We’re loving the choice!
Not only does the Tribe of Tattu Brunch showcase some of the best bits from their tasty and beautiful menu, but allows the opportunity for visitors to embrace the gorgeous surroundings and atmosphere of the Asian-inspired oasis. From lighting and music, to perfect interior design and theatrical dishes, the experience of time spent in Tattu is not one you’ll forget soon – and looks amazing on the ‘gram!
