Manchester’s Albatross & Arnold has teamed up with Tappers Gin for an evening that promises to delight foodies and gin lovers alike.
On Thursday, (August 30) The Spinningfields-based restaurant is inviting guests to indulge in a seven-course tasting menu, based on the head chef and Masterchef: The Professionals contestant Jonathan Green’s favourite tipple – Tappers Gin.
Tapper’s Taste of Thursday will celebrate the collaboration between the two independent businesses, who both pride themselves on using only the best local produce, and will feature an exciting menu written by the Michelin-trained head chef.
Guests will also have the chance to fully explore the award-winning gin, as the seven-course menu will be accompanied by seven Tappers-based drinks including cocktails, perfect serves and elaborately garnished sippers.
Tappers Gin creator, Dr Steve Tapril, will also be on hand to reveal some of the secrets of these handcrafted boutique gins and share his tips on how to make that perfect G&T!
Tickets for the tasting evening are available from Fever and are priced at £55 each. The price of the ticket will include the seven-course tasting menu accompanied by seven Tappers-based drinks, as well as the chance to meet the creator of Tappers Gin, Dr Steve Tapril.
