St. Bernard’s took to the snow in Manchester and it looked wonderful.
Roll over Beethoven! The Chill Factore opened its doors to St. Bernards this week for its first-ever pop-up snow café.
The UK’s longest indoor snow slope hosted this adorable event to celebrate St. Bernard dogs and give them, and their owners, the chance to enjoy their very own Christmas party in the snow.
The café had 40 saints come marching in, along with their owners, including members of the St. Bernard Society from across the North West.
The pups and pooches were treated to their very own winter wonderland complete with a visit from Santa himself during their snowy café experience.
As well as enjoying the slopes the lovable Bernard’s gorged on some tasty treats including some hilariously named Pawsecco pops and a selection of festive dog biscuits.
Not wanting to forget the humans, the café also offered owners delicious cupcakes whilst they partied to some festive tunes on the sub-zero snow slope.
A member of the St. Bernard Society said:
“This was the ultimate early Christmas present for my pooch. I’m always looking for fun, pet-friendly events to take my dog to, so when I saw that Chill Factore were hosting a café especially for St. Bernard’s I leapt at the chance.”
Chill Factore spokesperson, Laura McKiernan said:
“We know that pets are often considered part of the family, so wanted to open our slope to St. Bernard dogs and show that we truly are a family-friendly destination.
“We’re so pleased with its success – you never know, maybe we’ll introduce more café’s for other breeds!”
Chill Factore’s St. Bernard’s pop-up café was the first café of its kind in the region and in the UK.
