Slug and Lettuce will re-open in Manchester’s Spinningfields following a £250,000 revamp.
The bar, famous for its decadent cocktails, will re-open on November 30 and owners are promising diners a touch of style, glamour and a lively atmosphere for all occasions. Located on the riverside in Spinningfields, the new deluxe décor will feature rich, bold prints, on-trend neon hues and flashes of gold throughout (fancy).
The refurbished bar will feature a VIP cocktail masterclass station and birdcage seating areas (an ideal backdrop for Instagram stories) making it perfect for any celebration, from girls nights out to birthdays, baby showers or leisurely lunches.

The new food menu will feature twenty-three exciting dishes to entice every palate, whether you’re after a sin-free serving or a cheat day treat, and the new and improved drinks menu promises to transport you to cocktail heaven with ten new cocktails. And the famous Pornstar Martini trees will, of course, make an appearance on the menu and are sure to feature in many a great night out.

Slug and Lettuce will be open Monday – Thursday 10am – 11pm. Friday and Saturday 10am-12am Sunday 10am-11pm.
