Deliveroo will open its new Deliveroo Editions site in the city, giving many Mancunians access to the service for the first time.
The on-demand delivery service will expand its presence in the city, bringing eight new restaurants to the service, including celebrity chef Simon Rimmer’s new offering, Headless Chicken.
Deliveroo Editions sites feature ‘super kitchens’, specially designed for the cooking and delivery of specific cuisines, which provide restaurants with the infrastructure to set up their kitchens so they can bring their brands to new areas quickly.

Caleb Merkl, vice president of Deliveroo Editions said the Manchester Edition will result in increased business for restaurants, better choice for customers and will create even more work opportunities for the 300 Deliveroo riders in the city.
