We love a glass of wine here in Manchester, and one of the best spots in the city for it has to be The Beeswing in Piccadilly. A classy wine bar with charcuterie options, The Beeswing comes into its own in the summer with its gorgeous roof terrace with canal views, and now the wine maestros are holding a festival dedicated to rosé wine.
The Beeswing Rosé Festival will celebrate National Rosé Day on July 29, boasting a whole host of house and guest rosés to try – joining The Beeswing on the big day will be Carte Blanche Wines, Alliance Wines, Boutinot Wines and Hallgarten & Novum Wines. The festival is set to be an international affair, with wines from France, Lebanon, Portugal, Romania, Greece, Spain, Chile, New Zealand, Australia, Italy, South Africa and even more, so brace yourself for rosés like you’ve never tasted before.
Not only will the festival offer over 30 different types of rosés and sparkling wines to visitors, there’s even a complimentary rosé cocktail for every single guest – have you ever heard such a thing?
What’s more, the Rosé Festival will take place in Kampus Gardens, another canalside retreat, which boasts a wonderful tropical paradise of a courtyard and immense summer vibes with DJs, live music and a community feel.
The festival will be in great company surrounded by independent Manchester businesses such as Nell’s Pizza, Great North Pie Co and the Three Little Words spritz terrace to name just a few, and with the tropical weather set to continue, who wouldn’t want to sit out with a cheeky rosé or three?
The Beeswing Rosé Festival is on for one day only on Saturday 29 July and you can find tickets here.
The festival will be held at Kampus, Aytoun St, Manchester, M1 3GL.
