Occasionwear giant Reformation is set to open its Manchester store on Wednesday 19th August, making it the brand’s sixth store in the UK and the first outside of London. Reformation will be located on Manchester’s premium King Street, marking an important milestone in the brand’s global expansion efforts.
What to expect at Reformation Manchester

Reformation is known for its flattering, feminine silhouettes, which draw inspiration from vintage references and current trends, yielding timeless products with a modern sensibility.
Reformation King Street will offer a curated assortment of the brand’s apparel and accessories, including dresses, separates, denim, sweaters, shoes, bags and more, suitable for day-to-day, work, weddings and beyond.
Retail X concept

The store will also feature Reformation’s innovative tech-driven retail concept, Retail X, which brings the best of its online experience through its physical doors. The result is a more streamlined, customer-centric shopping experience. Here’s how it works:
- One of each item is placed on the floor to allow customers to more easily view and browse inventory.
- Touchscreens and QR codes are located throughout the store, enabling customers to build their dressing room digitally.
- Additional touchscreens are located in each dressing room so customers can order new sizes or styles as they try on.

As with all of its retail locations, Reformation Manchester was designed with sustainability in mind. Reformation prioritises green building infrastructure in its facilities to minimise its waste, water, and energy footprints and leverages Green Business Certification standards across its global retail fleet.
In addition to offsetting 100% of the store’s electricity usage with renewable energy, its Manchester location features vintage furnishings, FSC-certified wood hangers and reusable deadstock totes.
Reformation Manchester opens at 10am on Wednesday 19th August.
📍 Reformation Manchester will be located at 60 King Street, Manchester M2 4LZ.
