There’s something undeniably exciting about discovering your next go-to clothing brand or a homeware designer that feels like a hidden gem. This October, you can do just that at Thrive Street, a pop-up retail market curated by Mary Portas and powered by Mastercard and Worldpay, bringing together a handpicked selection of emerging independent businesses. Hosted at Altogether Otherwise, it’s the perfect place to browse beautiful, unique products while getting to know the passionate makers behind them.

Known for her retail expertise and love of championing small businesses, Mary Portas OBE has curated a vibrant mix of brands for Thrive Street – and there truly is something for everyone. From fashion and accessories to artisanal food, drink, and charming homeware, you’ll find plenty to fall in love with from October 17-19.

If you’re in the market for some delicious things to fill your kitchen cupboards, Mademoiselle Macaron make their French macarons with an authentic Parisian recipe, whilst The Biskery create personalised biscuits that are (almost) too beautiful to eat. To wash it all down, North Star Roasters coffee or Bird & Blend Tea are a go to – or check out The Drinks Kitchen for award-winning non-alcoholic aperitifs.

Looking for a wardrobe overhaul? For the ultimate cute-but-comfy clothing, Inara’s loungewear and pyjama range boast bold prints, and are ethically and sustainably produced to promote a restful night’s sleep. Female-founded fashion brand Black & Beech use organic cotton and cruelty-free wool to craft their pieces, and Kirk & Kirk’s statement glasses are handmade with bespoke Italian acrylic. And to put the finishing touches on your look, Sainte Cellier’s captivating scents are just the thing.

But it doesn’t end with fashion, food, and drink. Feature Lighting’s lampshades and lighting will bring a splash of personality to any room, whilst Lottie & Wren champion independent design across homeware, bath and beauty and more. And for those everyday essentials, you can find zero waste, refillable water bottles from Fill Refill, beautiful designed umbrellas from SOAKED, made using recycled materials, and award-winning planners from Hello Time.
Thrive Street will be open from 2pm-6pm on Friday 17th, 10am-6pm on Saturday 18th, and 11am-4pm on Sunday 19th.
