Pedro’s is serving up a sizzling hot taste of Thai for its March special; presenting the Ped Thai.
The bar/pizza joint, which is famous for its wacky but delicious pizza toppings and has a different creation on offer each month, is bringing a spice sensation pizza packed full of nut kicking flavour to the part-time pizza parlour and full-time party bar.
The Ped Thai pizza is reinventing the classic noodle creation from the land of Thai, with fresh chilies, vibrant peanut butter sauce, shredded chicken, bean sprouts and Thai noodles on Ped’s fresh dough, all topped off with a wee sprinkling of coriander.
One of Thailand’s legendary dishes, Pad Thai is said to have been introduced to the historical city of Ayutthaya by Chinese traders. Well, good thing they did because it was voted number five on the list of the World’s 50 most delicious foods. And the folks at Pedro’s are taking the love for Pad Thai one step further by putting it slap bang on a pizza, available by the slice or as a 16-inch pizza.
Crazy Pedro’s is open seven days a week from 12pm to 4am and has premesis in Manchester’s Short Street and Northern Quarter.
