It’s been almost a decade since Tommy Shelby swaggered his way onto our screens in that self-assured manner that quickly charmed our pants off. And now, nine years later, he’s set to grace them one last time. And *spoiler alert*, it might end up being quite the gut-wrenching finale – in true Peaky Blinders style, of course.
Feel like you might need a gin (or two) to cry into for the occasion? Peaky Blinders Manchester will be providing a shoulder to cry on next weekend as the finale airs on the big screen – and by shoulder, we obviously mean fully-stocked bar.
Completely transforming their upstairs space into an immersive Peaky Blinders world, guests will be able to watch the episode live on the big screen, alongside a Manchester actor collective who’ll be in character and providing a little entertainment throughout the evening. The immersive theatre show will allow guests to step inside a gambling den and choose a horse to wedge a bet on, visit the Gypsy Parlour and have your palm read, as well as have the opportunity to sit down with the main man himself and do business, legitimate or off the books (that part is up to you!).
To give the show the boozy send-off it deserves, Peaky Blinders Manchester will also be serving up their beloved Bottomless Brunch (albeit, not at brunchtime), which will include a cage packed full of nibbles alongside free-flowing drinks for 90 minutes.
General Manager at Peaky Blinders Manchester, Paul Wilsdon said: “Peaky Blinders Manchester was born from a love of the Peaky Blinders world, without it, we wouldn’t be here. Many famous scenes from the show have been shot in Manchester, it’s an adopted home of the Peaky Blinders. We’re going to celebrate the final episode in style, hosting a unique, immersive acting, experience coupled with our bottomless brunch. Our guests will have the chance to experience the Peaky Blinders world that inspired us for themselves!”
