Finally, some good news.
Been tirelessly trying to recreate your favourite fast food dishes as the lockdown continues? Step away from the spatula, because Nando’s is back at long last.
Turning on their Deliveroo option in a very low key move, the Printworks Nando’s has been spotted on the food delivery app, offering up a limited menu of classic items for us to enjoy from the comfort of our homes. And it comes at a great time too, because we’re pretty fed up of cooking at this point.
While some popular items (such as spicy rice and a number of veggie options) are not available, the menu still offers up a large variety of choice, with classic dishes such as their chicken burgers, butterfly chicken and the beanie burger up for grabs. The page reads: “You might notice there are a few dishes missing from the menu – we are working hard to return to our normal menu with all your favourites but please bear with us in the meantime. Our teams in our reopened delivery only restaurants are prepping your order in line with government advice on social distancing.”
The re-opening for public orders comes as the fan-fave chicken chain confirmed they’d be re-opening two of their Manchester kitchens to provide meals to the NHS during the peak of the virus.
Nando’s Printworks is available to order from now via Deliveroo to addresses within the delivery catchment area.
