A Festival Dedicated To Sushi Is Coming To Manchester This Month

A sushi festival is set to roll into town…

If you love all things sushi, then we have a real treat for you. A new food festival is coming to Manchester from September 30th – October 2nd, and the best part? It’s fully dedicated to the king of Japanese cuisine: SUSHI. Let me introduce you to The Manchester Sushi Festival!

Taking place atthe huge Audacious space on Trinity Way, some of the freshest catches in town will be all under one roof for the occasion, and the festival has hooked the best sushi the city has to offer for you to gorge on.

All of your favourites will be available to scran, with Nigiri, California rolls, Sashimi, Tempura and much, much more – accompanied by Japanese beers, ramen and curry dishes, and even sushi rolling workshops to help you master your skills.¬†Vegans can also rest assured they’ll be catered for, with a number of vendors whipping up fish and dairy-free sushi options to enjoy! Meanwhile, say “Konnichiwa!” to a whole host of brilliant accompaniments, with Japanese inspired art classes, fashion pop-ups, live music and DJs all on offer too.

Tickets are on sale now for just £25pp. Each ticket includes access to a live sushi-making demonstration, access to live entertainment and a Japanese dish from a vendor of your choice.
