We report on some pretty cool event locations here at Secret Manchester; but it’s safe to say, there aren’t many as fly as partying under the wings of a Concorde plane. This August, Manchester 360º – an exhilarating event that brings some of the best electronic and house DJs to unique spaces in the city – will host a seven-hour event at Concorde Conference Centre.
On August 6, legendary British DJ Darius Syrossian will take to the decks, spinning the biggest house tunes back to back with George Smeddles for five hours, as the mighty wings of the multi-jet plane loom overhead. They will also be joined by Jake Adams, Olive F and Jess Kordecki, who’ll warm up the crowds from 6pm.
360º club nights have already enjoyed international success over in Paris, and are launching in various cities around the UK this year. Each event champions a 360-degree element, and at this epic Manchester 360º, you’ll party with the jaw-dropping Concorde plane at the centre. There were only ever 14 Concordes in commercial service, so as the beat pumps from the state-of-the-art sound systems, and you dance under breath-taking light shows, you’ll be surrounding a part of history.
Manchester 360º events are a collaboration between Fever and JBM Music – the owners of the Joshua Brooks club in the city centre. For this specific club night, record label Moxy Muzik also joins the partnership.
Alongside the amazing setting, you’ll be able to admire unforgettable project mapping, reflecting off the Concorde’s wings. Party goers will be able to soak up the electric atmosphere from 6pm, with last entry at 9pm; be sure to arrive in good time to enjoy the lively event. Standard tickets start from as little as £17.50, but you can join the waitlist today to get access to the early bird tickets and prices…
