Manchester might be swarming with bottomless brunch options, particularly on the weekend, but one thing that was missing? Sangria. And bringing it to us in unlimited quantities by the tap load is KBOM – the lovely little Portuguese and Brasilian foodie spot at Oxford Road’s Hatch.
Officially launching last year, KBOM’s ‘Domingo sem Fundo’ (or Bottomless Sundays, for those of us with strong Northern accents who don’t fancy embarrassing ourselves) gives diners the chance to enjoy their tasty menu the best way possible – with plenty of Sangria to wash it all down with. Gotta do it as the Portuguese do, right?
Guests can choose a starter, main dish and free-flowing drinks which includes their Sangria on tap, caipirinha’s and Super Bock or Sagres lager – with the whole thing costing just £23.95.
Enjoy the likes of cheese croquettes, Pao de Quejio, piri-piri chicken, steak, burgers and more – with a number of popular Brasilian street food dishes and Portuguese classics to choose from as part of the offer. The tasty little slice of sunshine has a number of fresh desserts on offer if you’re prone to a sugar hit after your meal, too, including chocolate mousse, Portuguese coffee cake, and, of course, Pastel de Natas.
Booking is required and to secure your place, you can head over to KBOM’s booking site here.
KBOM is open Tuesday-Sunday from 12 noon serving their street food dishes inspired by the cuisine in both Brazil and Portugal, and you can find it at Unit 9 Hatch Court 103 Oxford Road Manchester, M1 7ED.
