Janet Jackson is one of the most influential entertainers of the modern era, and the Jackson 5 singer and icon in her own right has now announced an immense gig at Co-op Live in Manchester for this October.
Janet Jackson’s music has won her six GRAMMY Awards, two Emmy Nominations, a Golden Globe Award, among countless other accolades. With sales of over 160 million records worldwide, Janet Jackson stands as one of the best-selling artists of all time with a string of hits that have left an indelible impression on pop culture.
Janet will be bringing her Together Again tour to Manchester’s Co-op Live arena on Tuesday 1 October, sandwiched between her Glasgow and Antwerp shows. Her stint in the UK, starting in Birmingham on 27 September, will be the first time the five-time Grammy-award-winning singer has performed in the UK since her Glastonbury Festival slot back in 2019.
Janet Jackson’s Together Again tour has sold out across North America, celebrating her 50th anniversary in entertainment, and marks 35 years of her best-selling album Rhythm Nation.
The Together Again tour takes its name from Janet Jackson’s 1997 song of the same name, hinting that she may be playing many of her greatest hits in Manchester, which we hope will include the likes of That’s the Way Love Goes and All For You. No doubt whatever the setlist consists of, Janet will get Co-op Live rocking.
