The charcoal grills are fired up outside Hello Oriental as the food hall introduces a new Asian-inspired summer barbecue menu. Instead of standard burgers and hot dogs, the outdoor setup at Circle Square is serving freshly marinated meats and plant-based dishes straight from the coals.
Twists on BBQ classics
The outdoor menu puts a distinct spin on traditional summer dining. Diners can order char siu chicken, kimchi burgers, and giant banh mis, including a hearty grilled tofu and avocado option. For those wanting something different from the standard barbecue sandwiches, the grill is also turning out lemongrass rump steak, chicken wings, and teriyaki aubergine.
Soft serve and monkey cones

To accompany the grilled dishes during warmer weather, the venue is pouring out several soft serve ice cream varieties. The flavour line-up features a matcha and mango combination, alongside a more divisive salted egg option. The ice cream is served in standard cups or inside a distinctive, giant monkey-shaped cone.
The outdoor barbecue and soft serve stations are open every day starting at 11:30am, running through the afternoon and into the evening for summer dining.
