Forget the quiet pub corner, modern nights out demand sweat, sabotage, and supersized childhood toys. The era of passive pint-sipping is over, replaced by frantic scrambling to finally settle who is the reigning champion of the group chat.
Gameface, a new social competitive venue, has officially landed in Manchester, creating a massive social playground dedicated to party-style challenges. Think of the nostalgic panic of Bop It or the tangled limbs of Twister, blown up to room-sized proportions.

Players face quick-fire trivia mixed with physical hurdles. One moment, you are throwing balls at a target to lock in an answer, and the next, you are racing across the floor to stomp on the colours of a specific country’s flag before the clock runs out.
Sabotage, sweating, and supersized nostalgia
The rounds at Gameface escalate rapidly. Participants actively steal letters, deflect throws, and openly ruin their friends’ scores to secure a win.
The chaos is a feature, not a bug – for instance, one player may be doing it wrong for half the match and still somehow win the game. Players at Gameface can expect constant movement and floor-scrambling, which essentially doubles as a cardio session.

Signature Gameface lager and a venue-wide leaderboard
To recover from the floor dashes, players can hit the fully serviced bar. The menu pours exclusive house drinks alongside a signature Gameface lager. While grabbing a round, teams can obsess over the live leaderboard displayed on a massive screen behind the counter. This tracks the points of every group currently playing in the building, elevating a private rivalry into a fierce battle for the top spot across the entire venue.
The space features comfortable chill-out zones to catch your breath, plus an on-site photo booth to document the post-match wreckage. Gameface is now open at Manchester Printworks, offering a new, high-energy way to test your reflexes right in the city centre.
Standard tickets for 90 minutes start from £26 per person. Book Gameface here.
