This Friday (May 8) marks a legend’s very big birthday, and a North West safari park is rewarding certain people with free entry for the occasion. Sir David Attenborough will be turning 100 years old later this week, and as a tribute to the nature-loving presenter, anyone named David can visit Knowsley Safari free of charge on the day.
The free tickets honour Sir David’s centenary, whilst also marking the Merseyside safari park’s ongoing commitment to conservation, education, and protecting wildlife for future generations. Sir David’s 100th birthday will also be celebrated with an event titled ‘100 Years On Planet Earth’ at London’s Royal Albert Hall, which will be broadcast on the BBC.
