Eric Prydz is set to make his long-awaited return to The Warehouse Project in Manchester this autumn. The Swedish electronic music heavyweight, best known for the hit Call On Me, will perform an intimate Concourse-only show on Saturday 17th October.
The Warehouse Project show will be Eric Prydz’s first return to Manchester in four years
Marking his first return to The Warehouse Project and Manchester in four years, the one-room show will offer fans a rare chance to experience one of electronic music’s most revered artists in the close-up setting of the Concourse room. With limited capacity and a no-phone policy, the show promises a stripped-back, immersive WHP experience built around the music and the dancefloor.
The Eric Prydz announcement also follows a major run of additions to WHP’s 20th anniversary season, with KETTAMA, La Discothèque and Eastenderz recently joining the WHP26 programme. KETTAMA’s Steel City Dance Discs show has already sold out instantly, while La Discothèque will celebrate a decade of disco with a five-room takeover on Saturday 7 November, featuring Basement Jaxx (DJ Set), Groove Armada (DJ Set), Annie Mac, Jayda G, Hunee B2B Luke Una, Krystal Klear B2B Gerd Janson, Cassius and more. Eastenderz will then bring its biggest Manchester show to date on Friday 20 November, with East End Dubs joined by Cloonee, SOSA, Hot Since 82, Archie Hamilton, Cristina Lazic and more.
The 20th anniversary celebrations continue beyond the dancefloor, with the 20 Years of The Warehouse Project exhibition now open at The Avenue, Spinningfields. Further show announcements are still to come.
