The latest addition to the Manchester brunch scene.
Officially launching a new dining experience at their beautiful restored 19th-century pub this weekend, Edinburgh Castle is set to take over the already diverse brunch scene in Manchester with a brand new bottomless brunch.
Kicking off at 10am this Saturday August 22, the new offering will combine their progressive and experimental menu with classic brunch dishes – and there’s even a bottomless option available, too.
Dishes include Edinburgh Castle’s signature ‘exquisite’ ingredients, with crab, oyster mushrooms and steak all making appearances on the menu. Guests can wash it all down with a number of brunch cocktails (obviously including the iconic Bloody Mary), or opt for the £25 bottomless drinks option which includes Pignoletto, Estrella Damm or any of the brunch cocktails.
Edinburgh Castle is now taking bookings for weekend brunch, and you can reserve your spot here. The historic venue opened its doors under the management of the team behind Cottonopolis back in November and can be found on the corner of Henry St & Blossom St, Manchester, M4 5AW.
