While the world has been full of pretty bleak news as of late, a Manchester bar is doing their bit to make Manchester a kinder place.
Brickhouse Social has announced that they’ve launched a charitable campaign which will see the bar donate all profits from the sale of Corona in light of the recent Coronavirus pandemic.
The effort is in a bid to support the local NHS during the pandemic, showing the hard-working staff the community’s appreciation for their service.
Additionally to donating the profits, the restaurant will also be offering free meals to NHS staff as a “thank you for all their hard work”.
Speaking of the new campaign, a representative for Brickhouse Social has said:
“We know that this may not be life-changing, and may not end up being a large sum of money, however, we feel obliged to support our local community and the NHS for all of their hard work!
“If everyone can do whatever they can to help those in need, then as a community we can make this fight just a bit easier.
“We are a local spot for the community & we want to do our bit to support the unsung heroes who are on the frontline of the fight, however we can”.
The offer is currently on now, and NHS staff can redeem their well earned free food by simply showing their NHS ID or pay slip.
