Stockport’s finest, Blossoms, have announced that they’re heading home this November to headline Co-op Live in Manchester as part of their upcoming UK arena tour. Marking the release of their sixth studio album, Songs From The Wedding Cake, the band will perform brand-new tracks like the latest single Meet Me In Love, alongside a setlist of iconic hits for a definitive hometown show.
Blossoms, consisting of Tom Ogden, Charlie Salt, Josh Dewhurst, Joe Donovan and Myles Kellock, will kick off their arena tour in Cardiff on November 26, followed by a night in London, then a show at Co-op Live in Manchester on November 28. The band, supported by The Royston Club, will then perform in Birmingham before their arena tour comes to an end with a final show in Glasgow on December 5.
Announcing their new album on social media, the band said: “What an absolute joy this record was to make. Written and recorded over the last year, it’s a collection of songs about what might seem like ordinary moments, viewed through an extraordinary lens… joking about divorce, hire cars, crying at the Kardashians, Wikipedia rabbit holes, trips to The Range, falling asleep in a taxi, your arm going numb because someone’s asleep on it, the 192, being an additional driver on your wife’s insurance and losing her 20 years’ no-claims bonus (ffs), dancing in the kitchen to Grease, crying at videos of dogs on Instagram, picking up parquet flooring, saying the wrong thing, growing older together… you get the idea.”
The announcement was accompanied by the release of brand new single Meet Me In Love and its music video – directed by Tom and starring Maya Jama and Callum Scott-Howells.

Tickets will go on general sale on Friday 26th June at 9.30am.
