Black Milk has opened in the Trafford Centre.
There’s nothing like a busy Saturday at the Trafford Centre to test your patience and sap your will to live. Thankfully, the people at Black Milk have opened a stall in Selfridges food hall, where they’ll be serving their outrageous milkshakes and extravagant waffles to shoppers in need of a sweet pick me up.
Shoppers will be able to enjoy a range of unique desserts while experimenting with new flavour combinations. For example, their impressively stacked Marshmallow Rodeo Freakshake includes freshly baked fudge brownie, torched marshmallows, melted chocolate and cream with caramel shortbread and a chocolate milkshake.
And as both Black Milk and its owners were made in Manchester it is important to the brand that as many ingredients as possible be sourced from Greater Manchester. Their ice cream is produced in Ancoats by a third generation Italian ice cream company while all milk is sourced from Stephensons dairy in Lancashire.
