Treat your mum this Mother’s Day.
If there’s one thing we’ve been missing this lockdown, it’s Albert’s Schloss’ epic Sunday Roasts. Piled high with all the good stuff and topped off with a giant, crispy Yorkshire Pudding – the Sunday dish is up there with the best roasts in the city.
And now, providing us with our fix while the restaurant remains closed, the Bavarian-themed bar has created the ‘Roast at Home’ especially for Mother’s Day on Sunday 14th March.
The menu for the weekend includes familiar favourites, including their Cheshire chicken supreme, roast Lancashire beef, slow-cooked porchetta, or the pumpkin, beetroot and lentil wellington – all finished off with veggies, a Yorkshire pudding and their rich gravy.
And while the main event is already incredibly exciting, there’s a number of other options to accompany the meal, including a choice of pea and ham soup, chicken liver pate or pea soup to start, and Schnapps berry pavlova or sticky toffee pudding to finish.
Costing £22.50 per person, roasts must be pre-ordered ahead of Mother’s Day weekend and can be collected on Saturday 13th March. All you have to do then is warm it up, plate it up and enjoy!
