It wouldn’t be Christmastime without sparkly lights lighting up the darker nights – brightening up not only the spaces, but also our hearts. As a result, the beloved festive event, Enchanted, is returning to Knowsley Safari for 2025, bringing back their animal-themed illuminated light trail.
The Enchanted festive illuminated light trail is taking place at Knowsley Safari’s Foot Safari, between November 22 and December 23. Guests can expect the usual joyful extravaganza, with marshmallow toasting, a trail with sparkling lights, fairground rides and entertainment, as well as food and drink to help you stay fueled up.
Visitors are transported to a magical world of wonder, where each step becomes more enchanted. After all, legend has it that animals talk on Christmas Eve, as Christmas magic is serious business!
During the trail, guests can marvel at not only shimmering animal-themed art installations, but also explore an Enchanted Woodland and take selfies in neon geometric-shaped walkways. What is more, the budding actors in the family can perform (and direct) in a shadow puppet show for everyone else to see.
The Winter Village is also returning, complete with fire pits and marshmallow toasting, as well as the beloved Santa’s Grotto and life-size light-up animals, including giraffes, penguins, zebras and polar bears. What is more, Santa’s Grotto tickets are priced at £20 per child, and include a Safari-themed cuddly toy, as well as a goody bag full of treats.
